OPEN AIR CINEMA AT THE DANUBE

Enjoy an evening with friends, a good movie and a great Italian drink – Aperol Spritz, at one of the most popular spots of Bratislava, Eurovea. The bars, deck chairs and screen will always be prepared from 5 pm and the anticipated start of the projection is 7:30 pm. Come earlier to make sure you get a good spot and enjoy some fresh air with friends in the middle of the week! LATINO BOAT PARTY

Come and enjoy a beautiful venue on the Danube river with your friends and fans of latino music on two dancefloors. Cuba, porto,mambo, bachata, merengue, kizomba, samba and other Latin rhythms will be played for you. Entrance is 5 eur, no registration needed. More info here.
RETRO BAZAAR IN THE TOWN HALL
Come and buy discarded accessories, shoes, hand-made toys, books, records, collectibles and other treasures. Support recycling and bring or take what inspires you – in the Old Market Hall, first floor, from 10 am to 3 pm. More info here.
WILD WATER FESTIVAL
4.7. – 5.7.
The Wild Water Festival is an exhibition of the best and most interesting summer sports – there is plenty of water and dry land sport activities, adrenaline and relax, new sports, and fun for all ages waiting for you. Within two weekend days you can see several water and other attractive summer sports in interesting exhibitions and you can also try them! Educational workshops and lessons, competitions for visitors, a night program, wellness, relaxation activities and programs for kids won’t be missing either. More info here.
MEDIEVAL KNIGHTS SHOW AT THE DEVIN CASTLE
There will be an all day event held at the Devin castle that will take you back to the Middle Ages – the times of knights, ladies and troubadours. A great show for (not only) kids will include children’s medieval games, swordplay performances, historical dance or dueling knights on horseback! The opening ceremony will kick off at 11am. RENERGY MASSAGE PARTY
A massage, good music and great drinks – a combination of these three things is called a „renergy massage party“ which will be held in Rustique, a cute French restaurant in the city center. A brand new way of relaxation done by a masseur together with a well-being coach – the massage will last 7 minutes and will not require any oils nor putting your clothes off, of course – you will be seated in a special masseur chair! INTERNATIONAL TRIP TO BOJNICE CASTLE
Join this international one day trip to see the fairy-tale Bojnice castle, one of the most beautiful castles in Slovakia, the Arboretum Mlynany, the biggest botanical garden in Central Europe with a lot of exotic trees and plants, and with a great company! CHILL OUT AT THE DANUBE

Open-air concerts will be performed on the square at Eurovea and you can come and enjoy some great music for free. The first concert will be in a sax-dancing style, on the 15th and 29th you can listen to piano musicians and those who are fans of blues, soul and funk should not miss the show on 22nd. All the concerts start at 6 pm.
FRENCH DAY IN BRATISLAVA
French National Day celebration in Bratislava will bring a varied cultural program to our Main square in mid July, a market full of French products and snacks and there will be also a special area dedicated to children. You will be able to taste and buy delicious snacks brought to Slovakia by French producers – from 2 pm till 8 pm. The children’s area will be open from 3.30 pm till 8 pm. A mixed French-Slovak art music and cultural program will start at 6 pm in the evening and will be free of charge to the general public. More info can be found here.
PUPPET THEATER IN THE MEDICAL GARDEN
Each second Tuesday of the month, there is a puppet theater in the Medical garden which not only children can enjoy. The start is always at 4pm :)

Enjoy watching some of the world’s best movies under the open sky! 28 movie evenings, always from Sunday to Thursday, will be screened on the Magio beach this summer with free entrance! INTERNATIONAL COOKING CLASS
Join this special Chef Parade event at which you will not only have fun and meet new friends, but you will also cook and taste Thai wok specialties and Indian cuisine. This cooking class will be held in English and you will have a chance to try tom yum soup (Thailand), pad thai (Thailand), chickem tikka masala (India), matsaman curry (India), green curry (Thailand), grilled pineapple as well as rice with coconut and fruits. INTERNATIONALS BRATISLAVA MUSTACHE PARTY
Another awesome party in the popular The Club and the current theme is all about mustaches! Mustaches and other mustache party requisites will be given to the participants at the entry, but you can also bring your own real or fake mustache :) Entry fee includes a welcome drink, mustache party requisites and a flag sticker so you can see who comes from which country! If you have birthday on 15th, 16th or 17th of July, you have a free entry – you will need to show your ID. Otherwise the fee is 7 € and 4 € for students under 26 years. THEATER FOR KIDS
Starting at 11 in the morning in Stara Trznica (Old Market Hall), there will be a theater performance for children about the fairy-tale The Little Red Riding Hood. Free entrance :)
An event coming from a tradition which says that inhabitants of Bratislava’s neighborhood Petrzalka used to grow apricots in the past and sell them on various markets. You will be able to purchase home-grown fresh apricots as well as various products made from apricots – jams, syrups, ice cream, cakes or other typical meals, but also cosmetics which uses apricots as an ingredient. There will be a rich program prepared for both adults and children, including concerts, a theater for children, a competition in archery (with apricots!), a skate park, an inflatable castle for children and the event will be finished off by a swing open-air dancing show. CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND & THEATER IN HOTEL BONBON

Each Saturday from 2 pm there’s a children’s playground available in hotel Bonbon with various workshops for kids. On the 18th your kids can learn how to prepare decorations on tables from paper mosaics and the topic for the 25th is “fish and sea fairies”, doing magic with water and colors. Each Sunday on the same place, starting at 10 am, there will be special theater performances for kids. On 19th the performance will be about the king Jonah and on 26th there will be a magic balloon show!
HOT & LATINO CUBAN FESTIVAL
Come to a party which will take you to the temperament Cuba – with its live music, tasting of the Cuban cuisine, special rum cocktails and dancing shows! This open air festival will be held at Zlate Piesky, one of Bratislava’s neighborhoods with a huge lake, a popular spot during the summer. More info here.

LA BOMBA EVENING
WARM-UP PARTY & BARBECUE OF THE VEGAN FEST
A summer warm-up party for all those who already can’t wait for the Vegan Fest (5th September) but also for those who want to enjoy some great music and tasty vegan food. A whole-day program will be prepared for all the visitors of FUGA (SNP square – city center) and the money collected at this event will be used to help organize the mentioned Vegan Fest. Sounds fair! Come to have a burger or other grill specialties, the party will start at 3pm with some ska, rocksteady, reggae, 2-Tone, soul, punk, R’n’R and oldies music. BEE FREE FESTIVAL
Bee Free is a dancing festival that is held in Bratislava annually. This year you can enjoy some great music at various locations all day – the fest starts at noon at the UFO beach but there will be concerts in the LOFT club, SubClub and Incheba as well – everything free of charge! 42 DJs from 5 different countries is what you can be looking forward to :) More info and program.
BAZAAR AT THE DEVIN CASTLE
This regular bazaar is focused on art, crafts and vintage. It is held from April to September – each last Sunday of the month. The rich program includes theater performances for children starting at 11am. Please note that dogs are forbidden in the whole area. You need to buy a ticket (4 €) which allows you to enter the Devin Castle as well. Seniors and children pay only 2 €. More info on this Facebook page.
RAGGAE EVENING CRUISING ON THE DANUBE
An evening of musical cruise organized for adults and families with children as well, on the Martin boat floating on the Danube. On the last Sunday of July you can enjoy rhythms of reggae, starting at 7 pm and lasting for 2 hours. Entrance: 8 €/person. Buy your ticket here.
The food market in the Old Market Hall (Stara Trznica) is held every Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Seasonal foods grown and produced by farmers and small producers from around Bratislava can be found here, as well as quality specialties from more distant countries. The market is regularly accompanied by various bazaars – antiques, books, clothes or vinyl – that are periodically rotated and can be found on the first floor. More info.
YOGA IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
A regular yoga session in English language is held each Tuesday in Centrum Radosť – the first session from 19:45, the second one from 21:00. Something for those who aim to be stronger, more flexible, obtain balance and have some fun times. Voluntary contribution to the lecturer! More info here.
